I am unable to download this script. Greasemonkey shows a download progress bar but it fails with an error message after a minute or so stating it timed out. I'm guessing it has to do with userscripts.org being down (looking at urls of the required scripts linked in the code.)

He's right. This script uses 3 userscripts.org @requires and with that site down, this script can't be installed.
