I had to turn 'some cleaning' off to get the mark as read on scroll to work. Looks like Feedly has changed something and broken it.
I noticed that if I refresh it every 2 sites that it behaves normally. Hopefully the author will clear this up soon!
turning off main_css in the options seems to work -- not sure, don't have any more feeds to check it out.
Just confirming that turning off the main_css option seems to make everything function normally again
