Github Shortcuts sidebar - bring functionality from the mobile app to desktop!

I've always preferred using the mobile app because everything I want to access is available from the homepage.

I decided to add this functionality myself to make github.com as good as the mobile experience.
GitHub Issues Shortcuts on Homepage will pull the shortcuts from the /issues page and include any custom views you add there.
