Our Terms of Service (TOS) requires a Code license... while CC should be okay for Content, licensing arbitration moves this to dual licensed under MIT.

I would suggest adding another license key to the metadata block to indicate this to your users e.g.

// @license MIT

You may want to shorten up the CC license key a bit as well. We do not support markdown syntax either.
