add processing of city incidents
disable treasure hunt

1. install tampermonkey extension
2. open tampermonkey dashboard
3. install the bot (search for foebot)
4. enable the script in tampermonkey dashboard
5. login to forgeofempires - the bot should appear at the top of the page
6. click on "start"
7. configure the actions if you want something different
