I visited every moon on resource/facilities/defence section and its working fine now. Btw it was not recommended to visit those section at the bottom like in the past.

I dont know what I did wrong , but after installation of Infocompte v7 it suggesting me building mines on moons ... before version v7 was everything working ok.
