I also use Chrome on Windows 10 but I can't replicate this problem.
Did you install by clicking on the INSTALL button here? I ask this because I've seen some problems when copying and pasting the script code.
You can also trying posting the error message: click F12 key, click "show all loans" and see what message shows on the console.
