Adds a button on https://pokeassistant.com/main/ivcalculator to appraise your pokémon in order to refine the IVs possibilites with the help of the in-game appraise feature.

Click on the "Appraise" button next to "Refine" after you calculated the initial possibilities.

Different leaders have different phrases. The script uses team valor phrases but you can see on the website which phrase for your team leader is the right number.
The phrases are sorted from best (0) to worst (3).
