Open Current Tab via Web Archive

  • Provides a context menu option to open the current tab URL into a Web Archive URL.

  • This can be useful to open dead links that are archived by the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.

  • Please do note that not all links may be archived.

  • Option is visible when right clicking on any webpage.

    Open via Right Click

  • Also use the userscript Open via Google Cache for maximum impact.

  • Works on Chrome/Firefox/Edge using TamperMonkey/ViolentMonkey.
