Summary: This adds a button to GitLab to allow easy copying of MR info to Clipboard. For self hosted instances add your GitLab URL to the user includes section, eg. /https?:\/\/gitlab.yourdomain.com/.*/merge_requests/.* Tested with GitLab v15+
