Automatically un-fix or otherwise remove the fixed-position menus, mastheads, notices, and other items that stick themselves to the top and bottom of so many web pages and do not scroll with the rest of the document as they should.

Screen-tall items such as sidebars are ignored. Frames are not affected. Sites with weird or complicated page layouts will probably break and need excluding.
