Summary: Jira Workflow Diagrams, in edit mode, are embedded SVG, just find and pull it out and then drop it into a download file for other usage.

On-premises versions of Jira have a workflow editor that presents a diagram of the workflow which turns out to be embedded SVG. This userscript will inject a button on the edit workflow diagram page to extract and save that SVG to file. Very handy for documentation and collaboration, or advanced SVG editing.
