Reddit has for a while now included utm_* click tracking on urls that point to reddit.com, more than likely to see what you click on most and where it's leading...etc.

This will try its best to prevent that utm_* from being added to the URL.

• 2018-04-02: If you have RES installed and have Never Ending Reddit enabled, it'll now fix the links on the other pages as they load.
• 2018-04-01: reddit changed how they manage clicking on links, it stores a copy of href in data-href-url and then when you click on a link it it replaces it only after click. On page load I copy the raw href into my own separate attribute data-original-href-url which I then copy back to href when you click on a link.
