Google Docs Format Code Inline with cmd + j

Adds a keyboard shortcut to Google Docs, cmd+j to format code inline. It sets the font family to Roboto Mono, drops the text size from 12 to 11, and adds a light gray background. Pressing cmd+j again will clear all formatting.
