ReadMode for Firefox

I wanted all of Firefox to be usable in Read Mode, i.e. with the about:reader?url={url} addresses. This is impossible, since you aren't allowed to redirect a user to an about: page, for security reasons. This is the next best thing.

For every page you open, you'll be prompted to copy and paste a modified address into your address bar. So a quick Cmd+(C,L,V), Enter will work.
