Adds a button that copies the issue name, key and link to the clipboard, ready for pasting into emails or messages.

Useful when pasting into Slack, Teams, Discord etc. as this provides a clickable link, but also allows you to find messages relating to that issue later by searching for the issue key, even if the issue name (summary) has changed in Jira in the meantime.

By default, the contents will paste as formatted HTML, but can also paste as plain text using an alternative arrangement.
