Makes links in Toodledo task notes open in a new tab, rather than open in place and replace the Toodledo page.

Known limitations:

• Links that have been just been added will still open in Toodledo rather than in a new tab. E.g. if you 1) click in a note area, 2) type in a URL, 3) click outside the note area so that the text becomes read only, 4) click on the newly added link.
• When editing a note, any links will be shown with the HTML tags, e.g. <a target="_blank" href="http://something.com">http://something.com</a>
