To add/delete a user to the blacklist, go to their page. Also, users can be deleted from blacklist from your profile page (click "Script settings"). Blacklist silent mode can be enabled there, that means that user comments are hidden silently, without a link to show them.

Additionally, rrrather notifications and chat notifications display in page title when tab is not in use. This can be disabled in the same script settings window.
