Summary: Cleans Facebook comments of idiotic name-only mentions

Removes comments that contain nothing but useless name tags. Does an automatic clean-up on page load only. Additional clean-ups (such as when new comments have loaded) have to be performed by clicking the button that is added in the bottom left.
