Blocks all mouseleave and mouseout events for the purpose of killing "exit intent" popups. Exceptions are occasionally added when I notice a site that breaks. I mostly wrote this for myself but if you submit a site to be excluded I'll probably add it.

If you use Tampermonkey you can quickly exclude individual domains by clicking Tampermonkey's icon, clicking this script's "..." button, then clicking "Exclude ________".
