Jira planning poker confetti

Adds confetti after a game completes.

Do you wish that when you finished your planning poker that instead of the static picture of a trophy and confetti, there was some actual celebration with moving confetti? Me too! That's why I wrote this script.

The script watches for the finished game hero becoming visible and then uses a canvas to render some particle confetti that launches and falls down the screen.
