Adds an automatic DE/EN (German/English) interface to SuperETKA Elsa (https://superetka.com/elsa/). Most interface texts and car info/PR table labels are instantly translated.
Language and translation can be toggled anytime via a small on-page control panel. Also fixes body overflow bugs.
