Muting utilities for drrr.com.

Allows:

• Muting (ignoring, not showing on screen) user names
• Blacklists, whitelists
• Banning, kicking or muting according to configured parameters
• SPAM banning
• etc.

All of this configuration can be accessed through the normal configuration menu.

Keep in mind that names, messages...are regular expressions, so for example, if you ban the message "A",
it will ban every message containing the letter "A". In order to make "A" the full word, you must write
it like a full regular expression. That is, "^A$".
