The last update that added new features for auto kick triggers and flood kicks is causing random moderators to kick random users consistantly when tools is enabled. Certain users on specific names will enter and get kicked without the actual mod user making the kick. Disabling the flood kick works temporarily but not forever.
Auto-kicking was removed in 4.1.0. Feedback outside of the issue was that it wasn't used as much.
