Open Current Tab via Google Cache

  • Provides a context menu option to open the current tab URL into a Google Cached URL.

  • This can be useful to open dead links that are archived by Google.

  • Please do note that not all links may be cached correctly.

  • Option is visible when right clicking on any webpage.

    Open via Right Click

  • Also use the userscript Open via Web Archive for maximum impact.

  • Works on Chrome/Firefox/Edge using TamperMonkey/ViolentMonkey.
