Photopea True Fullscreen

Makes Photopea use the full browser width instead of leaving a large reserved area on the right side of the editor.

Built around a simple viewport-width spoof, with some extra handling to keep it reliable on Edge and other Chromium-based browsers.

There is little reason to surrender perfectly good screen space to nothing.

Features

  • Full-width Photopea workspace
  • Removes the reserved right-side space
  • Tested on Microsoft Edge and Brave
  • Restores the layout after tab switching, refocusing, and resizing
  • Keeps the width spoof active during long sessions
  • Suppresses Photopea's specific "Something is changing our source code" warning when triggered by the script
  • No themes or UI recoloring
  • No external libraries

Install

This OpenUserJS page can install the script directly.

You can also get it from:

Tested with:

  • Brave

It should also work with other modern browsers using Tampermonkey, Violentmonkey, or another compatible userscript manager.
